ELIGIBILITY:

- Submission Deadline: March 1, 2010 at 5pm

- All entries must be submitted on DVD

- Open to submissions from around the world, but your film must in English or provide English subtitles. You also must be 18 years of age or older to submit a film, but you must be 21 or older to attend Alice's 3-Minute Film Festival and award ceremony. You are allowed to send someone in your place to the film festival if you don’t meet the age requirement.

- Films that are under contract to a major motion picture studio are not eligible for submission to the event, but its okay if your film has been submitted to previous film festivals.

- You can enter as many films as you like, but each film needs to be submitted in a separate envelope and on a separate DVD. Each film submission must include its own official entry form as well.

- All of the film categories: Drama/Documentary, Comedy, Animation and Original Music Video film submissions must be between a minimum of two minutes (2:00) and a maximum of five minutes (5:00) in length. Not including end credits. Alice Jury has the right to make exceptions to the rule, but NO film over seven (7:00) minutes in length including credits will be considered.

- Each entry must be submitted with its own completed official Alice 3-Minute Film Festival entry form and waiver.
